Spring balancer is widely used in automobile manufacturing, motorcycle manufacturing, household appliances and other machinery manufacturing. 
How to use 1. Select the suitable spring balancer after the weight of tool and accessories.
2. Be sure to connect the safety rope, when suspend the spring balancer.
3. Adjust the main worm shaft on the spring balancer, make the balancer weight same as the used tool, let the tool on the non weight status, keeping balance in the travel range, Rotate Clockwise, will add the balance weight, rotate anticlockwise will reduce the balance weight, the weight can not be higher or lower of the capacity of spring balancer.
4. When unload the tool from spring balancer, must pull out the stop pin at first, and rotate clockwise 30 degrees, then put back to groove, lock the pulley and then unload the tool, to prevent sudden unloading, hook quick return wounding worker or damage the tool. After replace the tool, push on the stop pin, and rotate anticlockwise to original position.
5. When the balancer does not hang the tool, do not pull or release it, to avoid the rope run out of groove.
6. When the hand tool move sideways more than 30 degrees , need move back to vertical position, and then release the tool, to avoid the rope jammed.
7. The hand tool must be suspended vertical.  io
